When we speak about meditation, the most important thing is its definition!

What is meditation according to the great spiritual teachers?

Buddha said: Meditation is needed to explore yourself and your mind. To try to enter a parallel reality where there is no pain, no hunger, no suffering, no worries.

There are countless meditation techniques. Preachers of absolutely all religions talk about meditation and offer their own practices.

I will not review them all or propose something already known. Instead, I will share my method – Quantum Meditation.


What is Quantum Meditation?

Do you know what quantum physics is? And a quantum wave?

Our body is a field of energy, information, and consciousness, constantly engaged in dynamic exchange with the environment. From the perspective of quantum physics, our physical body—under the influence of our mind—is capable of making a quantum leap: for example, from one biological age to another, or even from one reality into another.

Buddha said that when a person dies, all accumulated desires, memories, and karma from their life “jump” like energy waves into a new life. This is a leap. In physics, there is a precise definition for this: a quantum jump—“a leap of pure energy, containing no matter.” Buddha spoke the language of modern physics; Einstein followed him twenty-five centuries later, and both spoke the same language.


The Essence of Quantum Meditation

By understanding the mechanism of the formation of a quantum wave, we can:

  • Influence events,

  • Control weather,

  • Access any kind of information.

Quantum Meditation is the practice of using the quantum wave through the techniques of attention and intention.
